Practice your skills with dances!
Activity
  1. "Cupid Shuffle" - Practice Steps, Transitions, Agility
  2. "Sally Up, Sally Down" - Every time the song says "down", members squat and sticky skate. Every time it says "up" skater can relax.
  3. Musical Stops - Set up 6 "zones/boxes" on the track. Play a song and when it stops, members must make it to the next zone/box (and stop inside it). Last one to the zone/box is out. 
  4. "Tubthumping" - Ever time "down" is said, member does a single knee-tap.
