Skaters will improve their cardio vascular fitness
Activity

90 seconds per station:

groups of four:

Circuit 1:

  • Side hops (hop side to side over 2 lines)
  • Skipping rope/90 slams
  • KB pendulum squats
  • 360 Shuttle runs

Circuit 2:

  • KB side steps
  • Deck squat slams
  • Single leg squats - hold back leg - opposite hand extended
  • 360 shuttle run hops

Circuit 3:

  • KB 360s
  • Split squats (small weight, switch stance)
  • Balance game
  • 360 shuttle run hops
