Help your jammer, react quickly in the game

- 4 blockers line up.
- A jammer and an O for the jammer to stand next to each other at the jam line.
- On the whistle the O to do something to get the jammer out.
- The O could go first, or go at the same time with the jammer on the whistle, depending what has been agreed between the two.
- The jammer to jam until they get out or get to the pivot line.
